Roughly 90% of our work is in the RENOVATION category because we believe it is better for the environment. We have a couple of CONSTRUCTION videos to give you an idea of what a DEEP ENERGY RETROFIT and HIGH PERFORMANCE NEW BUILD look like at the mid-construction stage. We also have a couple of incredible TRANSFORMATIONS/ RENOVATIONS, both originally built in the 1960's. By renovating rather than tearing down and building new, we were able to reduce land fill waste as well as the carbon footprint. The results speak for themselves.
