PANORAMA

Located in Lions Bay, PANORAMA looks out upon Howe Sound towards Gambier and Anvil Islands, and across to the Sunshine Coast. Originally built in 1965, this home was stripped down to the studs and completely renovated. A new truss roof created vaulted ceilings on the entire main floor with walls of glass to feature the view. The basement was reconfigured to make a more efficient layout and improve access to daylight for all of the living spaces. Modest additions included a new entry, and bays for kitchen and primary bathroom. The owners are thrilled with the transformation.
