MODERN CRAFTSMAN

Originally built in 1987, MODERN CRAFTSMAN was given new life and a change in character. A new front porch was added along with new windows, roofing, shingle siding, and trim detailing. The Craftsman detailing was carried through to the interior with the reconfiguration of the entry level. Bright white finishes were accented with black fixtures and hardware. The Spanish inspired entry tile complemented the dark wood floors, while the wood desk and shelving in the new office nook brought warmth to the space.
